The hotel comprises a total of 13 rooms and was originally a rustic property before being converted into a typically Asturian building and fitted with air conditioning Now used as a hotel the neighbouring buildings have been preserved in rustic style for example buildings on stilts and the apple wine factory which today is a lounge area The hotel is a member of the Casonas Asturianas club and was awarded the prize of Excelencia Tur stica del Principado de Asturias in 2005 The facilities include a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock a safe room and laundry services and parking for those arriving by car
